It was a beautiful, sunny day and so after a busy morning, Rosie and I decided to reward ourselves with one of my old running routes from Kinnoull hill in Perth.

Starting from Kinnoull Hill car park we took off down the main road until we reached the farm track and sign leading to “Milkboys walk”

It was a nice, easy warm-up before we started the first short but steep ascent to McDuffs Monument on Murrayshall Hill.
